Entry into the Palm Beaches Marathon includes a shirt, a goody bag filled with great items from various sponsors, timing chip, bib number and all finishers will receive a medal.
The Palm Beaches Marathon begins at 6:30 am. Please plan on arriving at the Meyer Amphitheater no later than 5:30 am so you have time to drop off any personal items at the Baggage Drop-Off, stop by the port-o-potty one last time, hydrate and stretch prior to the start of the race. Participants will start at the Marathon start/finish line at the corner of Evernia Street and Flagler Drive in Downtown West Palm Beach at 6:30 A.M. sharp on December 5th, 2010. The Marathon course passes through West Palm Beach, Lake Worth and Lantana, then returns north to finish back at Clematis Street and Narcissus in downtown West Palm Beach. There are Wacky Water Stations located approximately every 1.5 miles along the course, and there will be port-o-lets located along the course. There are five first aid tents located along the course and 40 bike patrols to assist participants if needed.

Marathon Festival
Once you cross the finish line you will receive cold bottled water, receive your finishers medal, pick up your personal belongings from Baggage Drop-Off and then go through the Runner’s Food Line for a variety of food selections. The Medical and Massage Tents are conveniently located at the end of the finish line. The Meyer Amphitheater offers a great venue for all participants to reunite with family and friends, enjoy food, music, vendor displays and cheer other Marathon participants.
The awards ceremony will take place on the stage of the Meyer Amphitheater once the results are posted. Age group awards can be picked up at the Information Tent once the results have been posted.
The goal of the Palm Beaches Marathon Festival is to make this a SAFE and ENJOYABL E experience for participants and guests.
Marathon Rules:
- Participants without a bib number will not be allowed on the course.
- There will be NO late starts.
- The use of Radios, Walkmans and IPODS is prohibited.
- Know your limits.
- Always use common sense and be courteous to other participants.
- Bicycle Patrol Marshalls will be riding among the participants to be sure that all rules are followed and safety is being practiced.
- Bicycle Patrol Marshalls and Sweep vehicles will be traveling along the course to provide assistance as necessary

Packet Pickup
Participant bib numbers and event packet can be picked up The Harriet Himmel Theatre at City Place.
Dates for pickup: Friday and Saturday, December 4th from Noon – 7:00 P.M. and December 5th from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
